| Responsibilities | Remit: to ensure the school is meeting the requirements of the National Curriculum; Teaching, Learning and Assessment issues; Special Education (SEN) provision; Early Years (EYFS); School Improvement Plan; Pupil Premium; Performance Data; OFSTED; Standard Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) | Oversees the safety, security and maintenance of the schools’ site and buildings; and the schools’ budgets and expenditure, including reviewing and putting forward the final budget for full Governing Board approval. | Behaviour, Anti-Bullying, SEND, looked after children, pupil premium, Safeguarding, E-Safety, Attendance, Equality & Diversity, Accessibility, Pupil Voice. | Policy, Personnel, FOHS & FOES, communication with stakeholders, website & social media, fundraising & Bids, advertising & Promotion. | Remit: to advise the Head teacher on request on pay issues and to hear appeals on individuals' pay issues. |
